Big Company with good work life balance, variety of projects, good people, decent benefits, newly renovated offices, many socio cultural events.

Cons

No room to grow within the company. Big corporate house lacks transparency in policies and procedures. Two reviews every year with no feedback from management.

Good work life balance good work culture Very nice people Salary as per market Got to do both front and back end work, unlike boring back end desk job Only Indian projects, so work experience may help to get govt jobs in transportation If you don't like simulation/modelling, this is the company to work for

Cons

Not good if you are looking for core technical work in transportation No opportunity to learn transportation softwares like VISSIM/CUBE etc Team is technically weak No exposure to foreign projects Quality of output/work delivered by company is very average, so you don't learn much

Interesting work, lots of dedicated professionals with different skill sets providing an excellent environment for collaboration

Cons

Management structure is confused but getting better, with changes in management not always communicated to staff. Performance-based compensation is lacking.
