      Thank you for your thoughts on your time here at Arcadis IBI! Creating a great environment where everyone feels driven is a big part of who we are. Recent investments in self-directed, organized and more casual mentorship style training and development platforms will hopefully engage and prepare the next generation of employees. The difficulties brought on by Covid-19 were challenging, but now in our partnership with Arcadis, we are emerging stronger, and better poised to be in a position to support our staff, drive future projects and continue to improve the work-life balance of our employees.
