Transition and growth periods are always difficult. In the past, IBI has grown through such acquisitions, but in joining with Arcadis, we’re leveraging many of the benefits that we gave to those we joined with in the past. The increasing scope of projects, access to significantly scaled up bid potentials, and access to global markets that we never would have been able to leverage before is only going to translate into incredible opportunities for our employees both present and future.
