- Work from home - weekly meetings with all members. - occasionally tight work loads - Supportive colleagues - room to learn alot, they give you opportunity to learn - Supporting for relevant certificates - flexible work hours

Cons

- overtime hours are not paid , specifically for new members to the group. - salary is not very competitive for someone who is living in big expensive cities like Toronto.
