      Terrible company

      Pros

      HR members gang up on you and are against you. Managers don't have your back and keep changing. No proper remuneration for the work you do. Work copious hours of overtime and sell your soul to the company. No RRSP, no bonus structure. Colleagues throw you under the bus to make themselves look good.

      Cons

      Oh wait, let me talk cons now, managers don't have company or employee interests at heart, only play games for their own political gains. very cut throat environment. don't ever go to HR with a problem and expect they will help you through it because they won't.

Employee wellbeing and teamwork are things that we highly value and our goal is to have all of our employees feel like they can attain a comfortable work-life balance regardless of the fact that we operate within an industry known for its tight deadlines. Our HR Team’s priority is to partner with the company and management to ensure that employees feel valued, supported and heard. We did in fact introduce an RRSP matching program in response to employee feedback. Although you are no longer with IBI, your input is appreciated, and we will continue to work to ensure going forward that we are providing the highest level of service to our employees.
