      Pros

      Company values really drive you to be the best. Good pay, usually better than market even among MNCs. Good career programs that lets employees grow their careers. All information you need to do your job (and excel at it) can be found online. Opportunities to learn anything and everything outside of your project. Opportunities to contribute to fields outside of your project. Good awareness of environmental problems and pro-active in helping out. Industry leader. Office in Cebu.

      Cons

      Benefits are so-so. Managers listen to employees but are oftentimes to busy to meet with employees. If you are the type that find 1-on-1 mentoring with your managers important then you might have a difficult time with this company. Offices are at Quezon City only (within NCR).

      Very research oriented. Long term thinking about possible technologies that may shape the future. Open minded about possibilities. Grand scale thinking encouraged.

      Cons

      Too slow to bring a technology to market. Some of the ideas are not wetted well for market acceptance. The vision for the near and future market are not coordinated well with research and development activities.
