Cross-skilling and upskilling. Respect and integrity is a big part of business conduct. Working environment is really great.

Cons

Sometimes due to chargeability you're pushed to do some work you're not that skilled for and having to learn on your own on a fast pace. The chase for assignment projects is sometimes a nightmare with executives removing you from opportunities without an explanation. Sometimes you may feel like an ant in a big ant farm if you don't build your eminence quickly and consistently. Be mindful that not all managers will allow you to have the power to influence some outcomes or ideas. You'll be capped by business numbers that create a barrier.
