      Pros

      IBM offers terrific training and career development. They also have excellent benefits and seem to really care about their employee well-being. You will be challenged, working for IBM. Plenty of opportunities to contribute, take on new responsibilities, and grow.

      Cons

      It is a fairly conservative corporate culture although I think that's improved in recent years.
