Pros

Gaining extensive knowledge early in your career accelerates professional growth. A strong learning foundation enhances problem-solving skills and adaptability. Early exposure to diverse concepts fosters expertise and long-term career success.

Cons

Extensive knowledge may go unrecognized if there are limited opportunities to apply it. The lack of large-scale data projects can hinder practical experience and skill utilization. Clients' perception of IBM as a non-AI provider reduces demand for advanced AI solutions.

Pros

nothing much pros i have seen in ibm for a year

Cons

Company itself and HR's are of no use in the company . All HR related decisions are taken by Manager who doesn't even know any technical work but sat in that company for more than 10 plus years judging the guys who frequently switches the companies. If you are willing to learn politics and backstabbing's and all then it is a perfect place to start. Favoritism exists among the loyal IBM employees who stayed there for more than 7 years because of less exposure
