- Very nice work life balance and benefits. - You can move in different roles since the company is big, sometimes even wordwide roles, which is very cool. -
Cons
- Your experience would depend on where you work, since the company is huge, Some areas are better than others but all of them have constant reorganizations, which is very tiring, not a clear direction. - Your compensation will depend on how good is your manager on IBM bureaucracy more than in your real achievements. The bands salaries and career paths are not very clear or transparent, - For technical people there is only sales and consulting in Spain, so not very exciting jobs.
