Pros

I worked on 3 projects in IBM. In first 3 projects work life balance was good. But in my 3rd project there is lot of management pressure.

Cons

Mainly I see 2 Cons. 1st is leave policy and 2nd is Promotions Leave policy: As per IBM, there are 22 leaves per year and 12 will be carry forwarded. But there is a stupid policy in IBM called utilization. Because of this we cannot take those 22 leaves. Instead we can take only 15 leaves. 2. Promotion: I ate the promotion process in IBM. Management will say that we need to be there in a band for min of 2 years. But I'm in same band from more than 3 years and still I didn't get promotion. If you are a fresher please don't even think about IBM.
