Pros

IBM policies are so flexible, work from home is on such opportunity to all its employees. Also, the projects that IBM takes up are so on par with the current technology, which in turn leads to the overall development of the company as well as its employees. Furthermore, the work environment is excellent.

Cons

So far I have not noticed any abnormalities in the IBM policies or their implementation.
