Pros

It's really friendly, they respect your work hours and never contact outside of them, you learn a lot and they have a lot of opportunities to grow

Cons

I've heard that some managers (and team members) can be more toxic so it really dependes, I've heard some offensive comments from other teams so I was lucky with the team I was assigned to, also they're trying to get back to on-site instead of hybrid or remote work which can ruin work-life balance because of the long commute time
