      I have worked on very nice projects and I feel if you get the right project there are so many things you can learn and enhance your skill. Really flexible. A+ for this. If you can complete your tasks on time IBM is the best company in case of flexibility. Provides lots of WFH as well. Managers are Considerate.

      Cons

      It's really imp to find the right project according to your skills. There should be improvement in Salary
