The work experience is useful elsewhere later, at a happier company, with positive culture. No time exists at ibm for enjoyment today

Cons

Marooned in bureaucracy and prohibitive governance processes one cannot escape, when moving new and even incremental features to production. No one project can complete inside 6 months. CEO says “bring any bad process to my attention immediately”; still, no one of his VPs have the authority to unbundle the mess Micromanaged to death, top VP leaders have favorites and ignore others, gloomy environment.
