Pros

Gets you the entry-level experience you need before moving to another company.

Cons

Office politics are out of control. Company is driving itself into the ground and cutting away its top talent. 401K match is horrible! There's no longevity in any role anymore. Insurance is costing more and more each year. Unless you're in executive management, you're just a number and don't matter. The company consistently cuts mid-to-high wage earners, who've worked hard for their experience and for the company, rather than cutting the actual dead weight and slackers.
