Great campus vibe (pre-covid), Gym, snacks, a LOT of campus activities. Long term career opportunities exist--it's still on you to do the legwork! Easy to build a network and or obtain mentors--again, you still need to put in the work. IBM promotes and values diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Layoffs appear to happen almost every year.
