Cons

Slow and unnecessary processes, open office spaces, mediocre salaries, easy to get stuck with your career, not so good people and project management

I don't see much of downsides, but few which I can say we have to improve in the organization. We are a huge process and data procedures followers, which can be optimised to the comfort of employees and management with equal accuracy and security. Cons

Work- life balance is difficult when you have lot of work. Good for the people who have just started the career and want to learn more. There wont be a salary hike every year.
