      Flexible working hours, ability to work from home, decent amount of vacation days

      Cons

      The process of changing roles or getting a promotion is very long which results in many people quitting because they feel stuck, this is especially true for women who want to make technical careers. As a woman I am pushed towards project management and am not considered for technical roles despite being highly qualified, this is significantly holding me back in my career
