      - As everything in the life, you need to learn to set up your priorities and seek up for harmony between your personal life and you professional career, because the company will not do that for you.

      Pros

      Working from home was a good option for those with families and located far from the office. A good internal culture before the dreaded RA's hit.

      Cons

      Recent Resource Actions (RA's) have promoted infighting and instability across a large IBM population with job satisfaction and morale at an all time low. The inability and lack of transparency from upper management shows a limited view of success.
