Pros

Good place to get experience. This can be written into the CV. Healthcare insurance. Work from home opportunity. Everyone eligible to lease car from the fleet. Honeymoon effect at the beginning. After burnout you have 1 year to recover, use this time wisely, because you need to perform to receive the farewell as common agreement.

Cons

Burns engineers out then fires them. No benefit compensates that health risk/damage how management treats employees. Interested only in management support and promotion. Diversity and inclusion just a scam, rather interested keeping salaries low. There is no time for self-education just after working hours. Learning by doing is in favored. Prefers people who works voluntarily. Work is always welcomed, but no one will thank you your effort. In the beginning everyone was friendly, but after some misunderstanding, their pride easily get hurt then comes the retaliation. Their best tool for support is PIP, that ends with common agreement. Build up an illusion of secure workplace that in the end is used to feel you have no other option just to follow the order of the manager.
