Good Company - Complicated Processes and lack of transparency

Pros
Company with excellent features and benefits, innovative, challenging and with a lot of learning. The work environment is good, although after the pandemic coexistence is not encouraged much and it is increasingly distant. Nevertheless home office is great!
Cons
Despite being an excellent place to work, however, if you are looking to move to another country it is not easy, it is a company with very complicated processes mainly to sell and there is a lack of transparency or information about what is earned. Knowing what products pay you is written but despite global training you never know how much you earn in each transaction you close.
