They want you to work extra hours to compensate even for national holidays ! You have to wage a war with management to be approved even of your due leaves Extremely greedy - just want to squeeze out billing from clients and rob employees of overtime Extremely exploitative No over time No growth Minuscule or non existent salary increment Full of processes and useless 'initiatives' which add no value to the employee or client and are just botheration and headache
