      Hike is very less, we can expect only on jump.

      Pros

      Learning platforms - Internal and with external vendor. Salary increase Freedom to innovate, to propose, to change things. Excellent people teaching you. Inclusion (genre, sex, different capacities, nationality, etc).

      Cons

      IBM doesn't have as many perks as other companies but it depends on you how much you care about this stuff. Personally, I don't need them. A little bit slot in some processes due to paperwork.
