Pros

There is a competitive starting salary for graduates, there are lots of very experienced engineers you get to work within the company. There are lots of opportunities to change teams, products or job roles. There’s time allocated to all employees for self-learning (Learning new technical skills, online courses etc..), the company looks impressive on a CV

Cons

Salary stays pretty static, teams working on different components in the same product are a bit isolated from others and this can cause problems when one team makes a change that breaks another teams component without notifying them of the change. Knowledge sharing between team members could be a lot better, there is a high chance of working on a product for two or three years that gets cancelled. Coffee/food/snakes you have to pay for. There’s also a very poor concept of working overtime, you will get your time back in lieu but not cash may not be an option. There’s also a bit of a disconnect from very senior management and regular staff.
