Ibm is a good place to work with.First advantage is Work from Home, which one can utilize when needed. Good balance between Work and personal life. A long,very long to be precise stay in IBM ensures u a good career graph.IBM certifications can be done free of cost.
Cons
Dont expect salary hikes atleast for initial 2 yrs in IBM.So it is advisable that u start your IBM journey with a very good package. 2 many procedures are followed here even for simple day2day things. Not a good company to join in initail stages of your carrer, but indeed a good choice to join after 5-6 yrs industry experience and to settle down.
