Pros

Good technical experience in enterprise software development. It is intelligent, hard working people at the lowest level that makes this company what it is!

Cons

Too much emphasis on return to shareholders, at the expense of decent employee salaries. All upper management care about are aquisitions, aquisitions and more aquisitions, which doesn't instill a lot of confidence in employees who are often working on competing projects.
