Pros

Large company, many opportunities, smart resources. If you land in the correct group, it can be a great place to work

Cons

Company culture is acidic from the top down and IBM doesn't value its employees. Systemic issues

Pros

IBM is a company with more than a century with many huge positive impacts to customers, business associates and individual population.

Cons

Today's work environment is difficult to retain work force, so many options outside that would require IBM adjust their internal process to first, retain personal and second attract new employees.

Pros

work from home probably the most advantage. Thats what kept me.

Cons

Favoritism and unfair practice killing real innovation. Nepotism and favoritism, too much internal politics by one specific Asian country employees. Its really hard to get good assignment unless you are one of them.
