Pros

Best workplace for unemployment. If you don’t play politics, you might be next. You learn survival quickly.

Cons

I’ve learned to expect “global changes” every year. What’s frustrating is that even if you’re highly competent, you can still end up out of work because of decisions that have nothing to do with performance. Sometimes it feels like survival depends more on office politics than real contribution. And hiring often seems focused on reducing costs, even if it means letting go of talented people.

Role-Dependent Project Variability: High pressure during project demands (go-lives) and dependence on client needs.
