      -It has a very good brand name. Will look good on ur CV - Employees are really great but senior management is very aggressive

      Cons

      - They don't have promotions for graduates - Don't care about employees at all - No rewards, long working hours and still your seniors don't get satisfied

      Great cross sectoral exposure Quality interactiion with senior managememnt Lot of flexibility in work Good networking opportunities

      Cons

      Lack of clear HR policies in all departments - Pay, travel, appraisals etc. Ambiguous case allocation - both quality and quantity Company losing out to competition - limited growth prospects for employees Quality of new recruits on a steep decline due to pay constraints
