Pros

A very rewarding company to work for both long and short term at least in my own experience. PTO, holiday pay, at work amenities and an extremely large pool of benefits ranging from insurance to discounted purchases at both large and small scale.

Cons

Largely in my own experience most inconveniences at this company would have to do with individual store circumstances and personnel in my own opinion.

Pros

- Good working environment for first time worker. 2 days after starting, I was already asked to join the team building trip. - Empowers workers development. Provide training even for part timers in probation period. - Many co-workers and managers are friendly and very welcoming, willing to teach you new things. - Great employee discount and benefits. - Cheap food at the cafeteria. - Connected to the MRT station.

Cons

- Some upper managers are arrogant for new comers, they even kept miscalling your names. - Not so good work life balance.
