Pros

Able to get health insurance, even working 12 hours a week, but much cheaper if you work at least 20 hours a week. Fun coworker events.

Cons

Lots of weekends. Horrible HR department, although they're slowly weeding out the bad ones. Instead of getting rid of incompetent management, they just "demote" them at the same rate of pay. Daytime coworkers get a lot better treatment and perks (food in the staff cafe, committee meetings and trainings schedule mostly during the daytime).
