Pros

Good benefits, cheap lunch, never a dull moment, overall lgbtq positive environment

Cons

Disrespected by the cliquey status of how the store handles departments, hard labor job with unequal pay, unable to hire on additional hands because of how hard the job is compared to how much you get paid. The way they handle annual reviews is you need to be able to LITERALLY change the very foundations of the company in order to get an "excellent" rating. You are completely discouraged from trying do work hard at your job due to the fact your hard work will not be properly rewarded.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits like decent pto accumulation and okay healthcare costs

Cons

Management is a joke, I imagine this is definitely location dependent but if your manager doesn’t have you in their list of favorites they can and will make your day a living nightmare with no repercussions since HR only exists to back up management decisions because managers are infallible and unbiased. No accountability for anything and god forbid you point out anything that should be fixed, especially loved when they tried to force every part time employees to give them basically full time availability and only refused to admit their mistake when employees backlashed against it

Pros

Good options for healthcare, the uniforms aren't bad, there are good coworkers who make it easier to be here.

Cons

Inadequate pay (not adjusted for inflation), low merit raise, readily cuts hours, removed a historic pension fund for tenured workers (TACK). Management is more concerned about sales goals than it is about the well-being of their coworkers. Seeking accommodations for both COVID and disabilities is a needlessly arduous, extensive process. They're forcing arbitration onto its workers as of 2023, making you unable to file a class action lawsuit (during and after employment). Anti-union. Just a company that doesn't act in line with its own values.
