Pros

Pay is great at start. Pay is more than most other departments. It is a specialist position and you can get paid ok. There benefits are great, they do take care of people there.

Cons

Too much politics. NOT ENOUGH STAFF. A lot of empty promises for advancing ones development there (even when asked). They recently began paying more than minimum wage for any position... but what about those that have been there for years??? They love to wiggle there way out of questions on salary.

Pros

Hours are good for family life. The pay is typical to other jobs doing the same thing. The work is hard but no customers to be in the way. Discount so a plus at 15% Uniforms are better than the yellow foot locker shirts the rest of the store wears.

Cons

Poor management from team leaders. I haven't learned anything from them. Everything I know was from other coworkers or trial and error. They are all talk and no action. The only manager that will do anything is inflow manager and supply manager. The problem is they are not with us all the time so they don't know what is really happening when no one is watching. They seem to care about people and wanting to make things better for the many and they listen and treat people fairly. No benefits for part time anymore.
