The salary is good. You don't need to have core knowledgment or experience, good if you are used to improvise and multitasking.

Cons

Changes come every time there is a change in the principal positions, although your work is good, results are not important if you do not belong to the boss' team.

Pros

I would say that regarding salary level in Mexico, the IMSS is a good option to work at.

Cons

But regarding other aspects it may be a hell due to the lack of respect for people working there. As the Mexican labor market is very difficult, bosses in the IMSS are abusive and arrogant because they know people is scare of losing their jobs.
