A living nightmare

Pros

Just like everyone: - free ptos - snacks and food - decent salary - good perks overall BUT it's all an illusion to hire robots as you will become.

Cons

As robots, you are treated with no human feelings. You are here to follow orders. If you want to join an army and fight with selling useless clicks to your clients face... WECOME IN INDEED! My manager is the worst ever but I think that they all are because they are all feeling great about the way it goes. Even if you are one of the best performers as I am, you are still treated like a piece of metal, the management takes everything they can from you and to cover themselves... and once you can't breath anymore, they push you off limits... This is a living nightmare. Never believe what they say and run away as far as you can.

Pros

This place is a dream for anyone coming straight from college looking for a decent entry level wage, good benefits and lots of office hook ups and drama.

Cons

If you are even a mid level professional, this won't be the place for you. In my year plus there, there was an alarming lack of transparency throughout the organization. Up front, I was told that the salary I took which was a step back, would be guaranteed with a 20% bonus. This wasn't the case so it ended up being just a true step backwards financially for me. I also was never told I had to travel and was asked to travel often. The best way to describe the culture is being the new kid walking into the cafeteria senior year. It is very clicky and gossipy, and no matter how hard you work, are transparent on your end and ask the same, it will never be returned. You will instead be rewarded for brown nosing, etc...
