- Work-Life balance - Food - Perks & Benefits - Environment for everyone - Friendly workspace

Cons

- Other markets (outside of US) could have more resources - Could be challenging to get your project running, big company problems, sometimes you need too many 'OKs' for a simple task.

Pros

Career development programs, bonuses based on performance, great atmosphere, great cultural environment, employees incentives and flexibility programs, great place to work in general.

Cons

In becoming a big corporate, Indeed is losing some of the unique characteristics it used to have in the past. Lack of communication - especially in the Senior Management - is one of the main issues, causing disconnection among departments and frictions within teams.

Pros

Unlimited healthy drinks and catered lunches. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

It is a call center. You are treated like a call center Tele caller. The product sucks, clients will call you for a refund all the time. They are still building traffic, way behind in Indian market. 60 Calls and 120 mins are mandatory every day, otherwise, directors will take you in a room to bash you up. Micro-management to a level where you will feel like leaving the job every day. Targets will grow in a way it will be impossible to achieve and then you will be put in PIP. No learning or personal growth. If you can handle pressure, sit throughout out the day to make calls like a bot and sell a useless product, its the perfect job for you.
