Pros

People are fantastic If you hit targets financially it's fantastic Office is great Good perks like pre paid master cards

Cons

Very clicky The amount of reps in the UK business (based in dublin) that get sales handed to them to hit their targets so they can move up the ladder is sickning Managment definitely pick their favourites and a lot of people can be left behind U.K. Managment are very young and really haven't got a clue what's going on

Pros

Benefits - I think this is the one big thing why so many people have stuck to Indeed since they first began. Free food - all the time , breakfast, lunch, snacks Open PTO Balanced life (unless you are unlucky to get a lazy lead/ manager who would play politics to keep himself safe) Work from Home relaxed environment Diversity Great Happy hours Lots of freebies and tees Engineering teams might be better not sure though.

Cons

Products are not really planned and implemented well. Every person who needs to prove himself starts a new product/ application leading to redundancy, confusion Lack of a well defined process Lack of documentation Most of teams are new and have been in existence since 2015 mid. Hence have all the problems a new process would face and so would the team members.

Pros

- The biggest pro is Indeed's tendency to promote from within. From day one, everyone is encouraged to shadow / interact with other teams and learn about other verticals. It's very easy to switch teams or get promoted based on merit. - Compensation/benefits are great! Food, happy hours, team events, etc. - Pretty much everyone is smart and someone to learn from - and I've never met anyone who works here who wasn't willing to help in some way - Constant training and keeping everyone up to speed on new products - Upper management is great about relaying new changes and goals

Cons

- Cross-team communication could definitely be better
