While we’re disappointed to read that you’ve had a less than positive experience so far, we appreciate the feedback as we can only improve as a company by reading reviews such as yours. We strive to make the workplace as enjoyable as possible by offering a bounty of benefits so employees can stay focused on our mission of helping people get jobs. Those perks include catered lunches, snacks and beverages, and of course the Open PTO that all full-time employees are able to enjoy. While we offer lots of perks to keep employees engaged, leadership and management is also important as they help set direction for the company. With our unprecedented growth in 2019, our product, tech and engineering teams were restructured to reflect our larger organization. As with many growth spurts, growing pains often pop up. We’re working to ensure that everyone in new leadership positions are properly trained and able to confidently communicate goals for the company.
