      Pros

      Easy to learn product, very relevant. Solid engineering team made great product. Really only asked to sell one thing

      Cons

      Product was so simple that not a huge priority was placed on professional development. The company's attitude towards sales was very lean. The preference was to grow inside sales reps and move them to enterprise roles at lower salaries. This was probably the approach I would have used as well because the product was so simple

      - More micro management than ever, you HAVE TO exceed minutes and dials, no lead generation in place. Treat people like children and........... - The warmest incoming opportunities mis-assigned and undersold. - Poor pension contribution. - 'Unlimited leave' is a candidate marketing tool and misleading. All leave has to be approved by Manager and is often denied.
