Pros

The benefits I can’t fault, they’re great. Unlimited holiday Free meals Good OTE

Cons

Horrific range of basic pay across the sales floors. You have lower level colleagues on higher basics than senior sales roles and in some cases higher basics than the directors which makes no sense and those people on higher are not great. They seem to hire almost anyone just to make the numbers up. Growth was rapid and great for the business but managed poorly. Most people now just feel like a number where as before it had that family feel. Senior leadership are pretty clueless.

Pros

Catered Lunches and Breakfasts. Fully stocked fridge with snacks and pop. Good sales training - Insights Colour Training, Dale Carnegie

Cons

If you're interviewing with Indeed ask how many of the account reps actually will/did make a quarterly bonus for Q1 2019 - They increased the target so high again this quarter that 75%+ of the sales reps are NOT going to hit their quarterly bonus. So basically, just your base pay and free snacks to live on! The job is a bit basic.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Snacks and lunches provided Flexible working hours and ability to work from home Good working culture/co-workers Good insurance coverage Work we do impacts whole company, not just local or regional teams

Cons

Hours, while flexible, can be long due to teams in different time zones Company is now in super growth mode, which can mean ambiguity and figuring out new processes from scratch very quickly
