Pros

Fast paced, innovative, amazing people ---- less the ego's. Environment is very relaxed and casual, more casual in some offices and departments than others. Executives are world class and down to earth which sets the overall company culture. It's a best idea wins kind of place and truly embraces innovation and a competitive spirit. Best place I've ever worked and recommend without reservation.

Cons

The environment is all open concept to embrace collaboration but areas can be distracting due to the noise which can interfere with ability to focus. Just bring good headphones :)

Pros

Pay, Culture, Perks, Opportunity for Advancement. Stamford is a great office, cannot speak for others necessarily but I imagine they are good as well.

Cons

Becoming increasingly difficult to prospect / find leads as the rules consistently change and we add more headcount in sales.

Pros

Free lunch on Wednesdays and breakfast on Friday. 401k Matching. Great benefits. Great colleagues. Stamford is a fun city. Indeed is a decent place to start a sales career. You will be expected to be at your desk from 9-6 M-F making 60 cold calls a day. Regardless of attainment to quota or how many deals you closed that day or week, you will need to hit 60 calls. No exceptions. For someone starting a career in sales, Indeed will push you headfirst into the world of cold calling and provide you with a very structured day to day. THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

Cons

All promotions in the sales department are a result of tenure and not qualification. This leads to micromanagement coming from the top down. For someone entering the company who is not an entry level account executive, this can be overwhelming. Although the micromanagement is very obvious it doesn't lead to as many people leaving as you would think because entry level AE's don't know any better.
