Pros

It is a great job if you are a recent graduate, there is plenty of room for growth and great company culture. They provide you with a great jumping off point for a sales environment and in general it is a pretty fun team.

Cons

This position is a glorified call center. You literally spend all day on the phone calling companies that have already been called many, many times by your peers. It is a highly competitive environment, and often creates tension within the office.

Nice brekkie and snacks. but tis the norm everywhere these days! MacBook

Cons

Boring work.. you are partnered with a sales reps who pretty much dictate how you'll spend your week meanwhile you spend your day thrawling through their accounts. Managers clearly have their favorites and they are promoted or are already, senior. . Unlimited PTO is a joke. Nobody wants to take 6 months leave, but do need time off when needed however this is judged on when you last took leave and will be declined.

Pros

It is the market leader in its category and therefore is growing rapidly and investing a lot in its employees. Furthermore, the culture here is one of teamwork and being nice and helpful to one another.

Cons

Because of the rapid growth group functions are starting to become very siloed and communication internally as well as externally has to be better handled and optimized.
