Pros

Job was close to home and no weekends.

Cons

This is a mismanaged mess from corporate on down to the onsite management team. The only people that really worked were the recruiters. The director and onsite management teams would constantly pour the work load onto the recruiting team. A lot of ghost employment occurred because there was no accountability since the director was good friends with the onsite team and office manager. No raises and it was a dead end job. Complaints directly to the CEO were to no avail.

Pros

Compensation and company culture aka happy hours, lunches, breakfast, snacks

Cons

Middle management is filled with directors who don't know the product as well as most senior reps and do not do anything except micro manage and preach more more more instead of being offering solutions. Directors do not grow the people on their team they just shove more metrics down their throats and think thats going to get the company where it needs to be. Metrics do not close deals, smart selling does and this company does not understand that and simply treat sales like a glorified call center. We moved to a much better PTO system yet if you are in sales you are questioned for any and every day requested no matter if its two weeks in advance or two months. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. Where is HR?

Cons

- No lead generation -Stupid territories that do nothing but prevent people from making money or keeping their job. -Very abrasive and inappropriate management -Obvious favoritism -Terrible Leadership -Very Militaristic (if you arrive 1 minute late or more due to no fault of your own ie. train is late be prepared to be threatened by your manager and yelled at. -Expect to be always be trying to pick up leads (days off, weekends, after 6). - be yelled at by your manager for having a life outside of work besides prospecting - Only people making serious money are the people who got grandfathered in( got to keep accounts when we switched over to territories) everyone else needs to scrounge -People there are a bunch of jerks (High school cafeteria type environment) everyone knows everyone's business -Very catty atmosphere -Managers are constantly cursing - If accounts cancel through no fault of your own (company wide systematic billing error) no quota forgiveness
