Pros
Inensia offers great beginners training and very good teamwork. Almost everyone are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The job is not stressful and they offer work from home option.
Cons
The salary is not good and the salary increase every year is really small. There might be "bench time" from time to time or you wouldn't have any progress for certain periods of time.
