      Pros

      Good opportunities. They pay on time. International career. Lots of projects. People are at the center of the enterprise values along with customers.

      Cons

      Some of the equipment needs to be improved to increase working conditions. Sadly health insurance has a six month waiting period.

      Pros

      Free water. Multinational (there is a small chance of travel) Work environment is fun and relax, IF you are not working at the headquarters (otherwise it is very formal and with severe dress code rules).

      Cons

      Career progression tends to flatline or you are sent away. The only tool so far to get a raise is the infamous "threat to leave because you have a better offer". Good word is compensated the same as bad work = no compensation.
