      Pros

      - Small teams and small projects can be a benefit in some ways, don't have pressure - Being in Agency of Aix en Provence which is a nice location - Management is ok with you

      Cons

      - Short term missions, have to switch quite often from technologies - Not a lot of contracts, always with the same clients

      Pros

      A lot of varied work. I can't complain about repetition after 3+ years.

      Cons

      Depends on the projects and clients. It wouldn't surprise me they put you in underestimated projects where in the end you'll be working endless hours including weekends with a ridiculous compensation for it.
