      Pros

      Honestly, at the present i can only say, some flexibility to work remote but that is somehow forced by government.

      Cons

      Low Salary and with a high component of nondeclared remuneration. Low communication/transparency at all levels. No career progress based on your work. Unfair and obscure evaluation/reward process.
