Pros
Our product is pretty established already so the structure and standards of the code has already been set. The work is basically thinking of solutions and following the standards. Team is friendly and supportive.
Cons
Work is sometimes repetitive. Maintenance and development on the same product is a bit one-laner. There is little to no room to expand your tech stack. This is a company to settle in, not to grow.
