      Good company, can get a bit hard though

      Pros

      The job is easy enough although the workload can be really high sometimes. Good company culture overall.

      Cons

      The salary is not the best, the growth is really slow and the pay increase they offer is an insult realistically, some managers can really get on your nerves, they allow slackers way too often.
